Insights 575: Aspens Steakhouse for Great Food in a Beautiful Restaurant

Luxury Dining Close to Home

We recently attended an event at MadLife Grill and Studios featuring a cover band for Earth, Wind, and Fire. The event was great and afterwards, we decided to find something to do before heading home. Before doing so, we wanted to spend a little time enjoying the evening which meant checking the Taste of 575 website to see which restaurants were closest to us. I remembered that I had not had the chance to visit Aspens which sits at the very edge of our covered area.

After a short ride, we arrived and were welcomed in and enjoyed an appetizer and entree. The service was exceptionally good. It was not crowded when we visited on that Sunday evening, which made it to enjoy the environment and laidback, yet luxurious, layout of the place.

We had calamari, a wedge salad, and their version of bruschetta. The bruschetta was not like anything I have had before. It was loaded with tenderloin, goat cheese, and balsamic glaze, on a toasted baguette. It was delicious. We will definitely keep this location on our list of places to visit again when we want to enjoy the surrounds and the food.
