First Watch’s curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings that are made to order using only the freshest ingredients. Some of our most crave-able items include Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. We have an unwavering commitment to freshness, as each item is made to order in a kitchen without microwaves, heat lamps or deep fryers.

Just as we greet each morning with the sunrise, First Watch welcomes each season into the First Watch menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. That’s why on our menu you’ll find vibrant, green California-grown asparagus in April, or the most refreshing Florida watermelon in July, or tender, sweet yellow corn from the Midwest in August. This seasonal menu has included items like the Crab Avocado Toast, Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict, Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash and Watermelon Wake-Up fresh juice, among many others.
