Four 41 South Barbecue is North Georgia's only Pit-to-Plate barbecue company. We offer the highest quality smoked meats and scratch-made sides cooked fresh every day. We are very picky about the food we serve, from our handcrafted BBQ rubs,BBQ Sauces, Certified Black Angus Briskets, Duroc Pork and hormone-free chicken to our local stone-ground grits. Due to this commitment, we are proud to have been honored by our family of customers being voted 2018, 2019 and 2020 Around Canton Readers Choice Award for Best BBQ, People's Choice Award winner at the Taste of Woodstock in April 2018, our Quintessential White BBQ Sauce was voted #3 in the National BBQ Association, and 2021 Best of Georgia in BBQ Joints by the GBJ.

We offer full-service Corporate and Private event catering and would love to have your for lunch and/or dinner at our restaurant Wed through Saturday as we open 11-until we sell out because we are pit to plate fresh daily.
